Talking helps

Open to everyone:

Whether you're a young person, a parent or carer, or a professional working with children — you're in the right place.

It helps to have an idea of what you'd like to be different. We're goal focused, and we'll help you shape that into small, manageable steps.

At your pace:

We'll listen first, then help you find the option that fits — one to one, in a group, or online.

It's a safe, non-judgemental space, and we'll always be honest with you about how we work and what happens next.

Our promise is a simple one.

That nobody in Nottinghamshire has to work out how they feel on their own.
