Our utmost goal, our reason for existing, our beliefs and behaviours

Our Vision

To help people to feel good about themselves

Our Mission

To encourage the mental and emotional wellbeing of children and young people through accessible, inclusive and non-judgmental early support.

Our Values

What matters to you, matters to us. We listen to your problems, doubts and concerns with respect, and give support when you need it.

We want to help you feel happy and reach your goals at your pace, with no pressure, and when you are ready.

We don’t tell you what to do. We work with you providing guidance and helping you find ways to feel better, discover your strengths and build on them to overcome barriers.

We believe everyone has the right to be whatever they feel, without prejudice or stigma.

We understand opening up about your feelings is not easy.

That’s why our team work hard to create a friendly, non-judgmental and supportive environment, where you can comfortably express yourself and be you.

We want to facilitate your equal access to mental health and emotional wellbeing support as early as possible.

You can contact us when you need help. Our door is open and you are always welcome.

We believe that mental health and emotional wellbeing is everyone’s responsibility and should be part of daily conversations.

We work alongside services and venues where you feel safe and comfortable, building on local assets to increase mental health support and awareness in your community.

By facilitating your access to mental health support as early as possible, we try to make sure you have more chances of a brighter future.

This is also our contribution towards healthier and more resilient communities where people can be who they want to be.
